Concern continues to grow across the Sunshine Coast as authorities and loved ones intensify efforts to locate a missing 14-year-old girl known as Millie, whose disappearance has entered its ninth day. Police and her family say they remain deeply concerned for her safety and are urging anyone with information about her whereabouts to come forward.
Millie was reported missing from her home in Palmview, Queensland, on Sunday, July 19. Since then, extensive searches and public appeals have been launched as investigators work to piece together her movements and locate the teenager.
According to police information, Millie was last seen on CCTV footage at Coomera train station on Thursday shortly before 4.40pm. She has not been seen or heard from since that time. Investigators believe she may have travelled to the area near the corner of Swan Road and Yawalpah Road in Pimpama at approximately 5pm on the same day.
Authorities are continuing inquiries into her disappearance and are appealing to members of the public who may have seen Millie, spoken with her, or noticed anything unusual in the relevant areas.
Friends, family members, and members of the local community have shared emotional messages online, expressing their hopes for Millie’s safe return. Many have joined the search by sharing her details and asking others to help spread awareness.
“Millie you’re so loved darling girl, please find your way home. Praying for her safe return,” one person wrote in a heartfelt message.
Another family friend urged the public to continue sharing information, saying: “Could I ask everyone to please share this information as Millie is so loved by our family. We are standing with her mum Tara, praying for a safe and quick return home.”
Other messages reflected the deep concern felt by those close to Millie.

At the time of her disappearance, Millie was reportedly wearing Adidas sneakers, a dark blue or navy long-sleeve top, and carrying a black or navy backpack.
